Established in 2023
As a life-long native of Hollister, I purchased Hook & Ladder Pizza on Downing Street in 2019. Then, we opened Coffee on the Rocks just up the road in 2022. Now, Taps right off Downing Street on Birdcage Walk! We invite you to drop by and give us a try. Try any of the 24 taps and the local wines in a modern, rustic taproom where you can hang out, play board games, or watch some TV OR in our spacious outdoor beer garden where you can sit around the fire pits, play cornhole, or enjoy live music on our outdoor stage.
